Euro-Fahrtenbuch 2008 3.0.0. by Fairfield & Partners IT Services Ltd.
Electronic itinerary reporting 2008 with optional data import from GPS vehicle tracking system or PDA itinerary software. Entrepreneurs and freelancers in Germany have to prove that their company car is used for business purposes at least to 50%. Only in this case they are still allowed to use the one-percent-regulation (1% of the gross list price of the new vehicle) to account for private trips. Business trips are preferably proved by an itinerary report. Itinerary reports have to comply with the requirements of the fiscal authorities.
Each private trip has to be documented with mileage. Each business trip has to be documented with dates, times, mileage, and destination (and in case of detours with the route), purpose of the trip and business partner. Subsequent changes of the records have to be impossible or must be documented. Reporting itineraries e.g. with a spreadsheet software is not accepted because of the possibility of subsequent changes. Euro-Fahrtenbuch was developed consistently on the basis of the legal requirements regarding data completeness and prevention and/or documentation of subsequent changes. To avoid the time-consuming task of handwriting each trip at the destination, it is possible to import data from a GPS vehicle tracking system. Journeys can be created and passed on to the software Euro-Reisekosten. A professional travel expense report can then be created with just a few mouse clicks.
